• Client / Solution Discovery and Planning Sessions – allowing our personnel to fully scope the Vision the client has for the solution/business requirement, and set the stage for Requirements gathering / documentation.
  
  
• Technical Requirements gathering / documentation – taking the vision and translating that to actual, tangible technical requirements.
  
  

• Solution Roadmap – a document that speaks to what we’re going to develop, and how it’ll be developed – typically used for our developers as a roadmap to develop the solution – but useful for the client for future reference to the project and potentially for extending the solution at some later date.
